Spanish Penthouse Historic Mansion Private Patio

Nice sized apartment, good location Positive: The location was amazing and we liked being able to sleep several people (two adults traveling with 3 kids). Negative: There was a leak in the ceiling there was not a property manager with a key so we needed to return to the apartment to let the repair person in. One of the toilets was not working on our first night. We were told we would be refunded part of the amount of our stay but I have not seen anything. Also there were other loud groups staying in the building and were up drinking and making lots of noise all night.

AMAZING , I LOVE IT Positive: My family and I (5 of us total) had a wonderful time staying at this charming house in San Juan. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Old San Juan, close to everything, but still peaceful and relaxing. The house was clean, cozy, and had a great vibe. Just a heads-up: only one of the bedrooms has AC, the other two don’t—but honestly, it wasn’t a problem for us at all. The fans and breeze kept it comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time there. The host was kind and responsive. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others!
