Condado Beach Penthouse Studio with Ocean Views

Never Again Positive: Location ,room was clean. Negative: We experienced no water in the unit for over 8 hours. After investigating independently, we discovered it was not a city problem, as the host reported. The actual problem was that maintenance turned off the valve that was connected to that unit, made repairs, and DID NOT turned it back on. The host was not helpful; she blamed everything on third parties. The fire alarm went off twice in less than 3 hours, and we had to evacuate the building. No one from management came to assist or to advise on when it would be safe to return to the building. WE NEVER MET THE HOST FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

it's not worth it Positive: The location is the only thing I can save from this place Negative: There are giant cockroaches, the place is old and unmaintained, the shower handle was falling off, the cleaning is very poor, the bed is about to fall to the floor and is extremely uncomfortable, the sofa is also very uncomfortable, the apartment smells bad and shouldn't even be on booking.com.

Definitely worth the price we paid. Positive: Place was well cleaned when we arrived, the host messages back quickly, we had a minor hiccup with our key tag not working, but the host answered the phone within the first few rings, told us she would be there in 20 mins to resolve the issue, but arrived and had it resolved much quicker. The elevator was a little sketchy, but over all the stay for the price was excellent. We were extremely close to the beach, there was an activity area (for extra money) in the back yard of the condo, the beach itself ( the one in the back) was free. The view was the best part. Another review had said something about being able to hear everything which was one of our concerns, but was not a problem, the people next to our room brought a dog that barked frequently and we could barely hear the dog in our room, but could hear it loudly in the hall. The decor is simple and cute. For the price this was well worth it. We received a discount because it was new to booking so compared to other places this was extremely cheap for the amenities it provided at the time we booked. Negative: I didn't like the rain head shower or the shower water pressure or shower temps didn't get very hot, but that seems to be a PR thing, not just this establishment. So I can't fault the host or the establishment for it. The washer was not located in the condo, but almost behind the hotel and was not included as advertised, but it was available. It was $2.50 to wash and $3 to dry. So if you plan on using washer or dryer plan to bring at least $5 in cash. Their was a coin converter.

Great house and great host. Loved the area. Positive: This house is absolutely fantastic! I visit Puerto Rico frequently, and it’s now one of my favorite places to stay. The location is great, and the host is incredibly responsive. I’ll definitely be back!

Anfitriona Glorivy simpática pero poco eficiente Positive: El precio de 100 dólares por noche estaba bastante bien , creo que pagar más es un abuso por lo que ofrece el departamento Negative: El departamento no estaba listo para hacer el check in , recién pudimos ocupar el departamento alrededor de las cuatro de la tarde, no funcionaba el internet , la limpieza no estaba bien hecha el piso estaba con arena , la decoración del departamento se veía bien pero poco funcional, al recurrir a Glorivy (persona encargada ) por la falta de internet , se mostró preocupada pero no resolvió el problema , recién llegó el internet al tercer día de estar ocupando el departamento
