Location excellent, experience and facilities below average. Positive: The location Negative: They falsely advertised their facilities such as dishwasher, computer, minibar, ocean view and sunset. But they weren’t there. For one night the electricity went away and it was a total blackout while the other buildings had backup generators. It was a bit disappointing for the money we paid.

Siéntete como en casa, pero en San Juan de Puerto Rico Positive: La ubicación es un lujo y la casa tiene de todo y está muy bien amueblada. Te hace sentir como en casa. Negative: El wifi no funcionaba.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Positive: Nothing Negative: We booked three night (16-19 April 2024). We cancelled a night within the terms and we didn’t receive the money back. I had to contact many times with booking to get this night back. But unfortunately the nightmare doesn’t finish here. We arrive in the 16th and there was an electricity interruption in all San Juan and the structure told us we were free to leave the Airbnb and they will have FULLY refunded us. So we just stayed the first night (since we arrived really late at night and we had nowhere to go) but we left the flat the following morning. It s the 1st of June and still I haven’t received any refund back. The worst part is that the structure is really making fun of us. They are answering to my messages saying “oh there was a misunderstanding, or course we will proceed refunding you” and on the other side they are telling to booking “ we already discussed it like 10 times we haven’t promised any refund and we won’t do it”. There is nothing more to add to this unseemly situation. But I’m ready to involve my lawyer if I don’t receive my money back.

Positive: la ubicación Negative: todo bien

Positive: location was good and the room overall clean Negative: there are plenty of stairs, so be careful if you travel with a lot of luggage. There was no second bed or sofa bed so it was very difficult to sleep as family, Also no storage room for luggage before or after the check in.
