Positive: Location Negative: The appearance of the place did not look like the pictures. Poor maintenance entrance to the building (landscaping and surroundings, housekeeping)lots of humidity inside (walls), dirty air conditioner and fan, broken bed (squeaky noise).

Positive: This place was absolutely perfect! I stayed right in the middle of Old San Juan everything was great. It was walking distance, from bars to restaurants, and you didn’t need a car. I’ve stayed in a lot of places in San Juan and Old San Juan, but I truly fell in love with this one. It was amazing, comfortable, and had such a great vibe. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll 100% be coming back to stay longer next time!

Good location, but this place has been rode hard and put up wet Positive: Good location Negative: It is bare bones, you can really feel the springs in those beds and the plaster is actually dropping off the walls.
