the perfect urban space to be near all of san juan!
Positive: close to san juan and carolina, loved the comfortable beds and space

Positive: El espacio es muy acogedor. Tiene todos los implementos para una buena convivencia y todo funcionó ok: aire condicionado, cocina, refrigerador, lavadora, etc. Asimismo, está bien ubicado y la comunicación entre dueña - inquilinos es muy amable y cercana. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto! Recomiendo!

I was unable to stay at the property due to a power outage and had to leave with my family shortly after arriving.
Positive: Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to stay at the property, so I’m unable to comment on what I liked about it.
Negative: Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. It’s been 21 days of going back and forth trying to receive a refund. I arrived at the property with my family planning to stay the night. We stepped out briefly, and when we returned, the property had no power. I immediately contacted the person in charge and explained the situation.
While I understand that power outages are sometimes out of anyone’s control, I had young children with me and needed a safe place to stay. We had no choice but to gather our belongings and leave to find another place for the night.
I was told I would receive a full refund within 7–10 business days. It has now been over 3 weeks with no refund. I’ve continued to reach out, and all I’ve received are apologies no resolution.
This has honestly been the worst customer experience I’ve dealt with. No one has taken proper responsibility, and I’ve been left chasing a refund with no real support or follow through. It’s incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on how this business is run.
