Soho Garden Grand patio

Overall good Positive: Good location, easy access. Comfortable. Washer and dryer very convenient Negative: We reserved the one bedroom with the balcony view but weren’t able to stay due to a pipe burst. The host notified me when we landed and had us stay in the two bedroom. I was ok with it but it was only for 3 nights and we reserved for 4. The host initially stated he would find a separate place to stay from the last night but then on the last day, he said we would have to find it ourselves and he would be refunding us the last night with a 10%. I never received the money even with contacting him several times so i filed a dispute with my bank to which he claimed we stayed all 4 nights with no issues. He also promised to send me confirmation of the refund but i never received that either. Other than that, the water pressure was basically nonexistent (maybe due to them working on the broken pipe next door?) small amount of water would come out when showering and if both people showered at the same time in both bathrooms the water was basically nonexistent. Book at your own risk

pudo ser mejor Positive: La hubicacion y que no se percibe ruido exterior. Negative: Wifi pésimo, el agua se salía de la bañera y llegaba a la habitación, la lavadora no funcionaba….La limpieza no fue completada ya que vi cosas por el suelo, objetos de aretes plásticos, cabellos.

Very enjoy the place Positive: Very nice patio and new furniture I love how they design the place is central location and I very like it and my family is planing to come and check I enjoy my stay very much

Choose a different place! Positive: Location. Thats the only positive. Negative: This place is not in rentable condition and the host really should not be renting this to anyone else without fixing all the issues (especially at this price). I really wish I could attach all the pictures I took. - Host did not send check in instructions/code. I had to call when I checked in at night and fortunately the host picked up. - Apartment floor dirty when I checked in. - There is dirty water from the bathroom shower leaking into bedroom, dirty water from laundry leaking to bathroom, water from fridge leaking into kitchen area, rainwater from balcony leaking into living room. - Washer was not usable for the first few days until they finally fixed it. - Wifi doesnt work anywhere except living room. - I reported all this and I just heard back that it will be fixed today evening, tmrw etc everyday but nothing was fixed apart from the laundry machine. I had to deal with all the water leaks myself using the towels multiple times a day and do that laundry myself. Host messaged me that I will get a refund of 1d for all the issues troubles but that didnt really happen either.
